Helping seniors and their families in L.A. since 2015.

Our Approach

Aging Life Care management involves a client-centered approach, whether that client is aging in place or in an assisted living community. We focus on helping older adults face the emotional and physical challenges of aging while engaging their families and community resources to optimize health and quality of life.

We apply a social work lens to our work, advocating for clients while also encouraging self-determination and autonomy whenever possible.

Elizabeth Malloy, LCSW

Following a varied career in real-estate development and finance, including more than a decade living and working in the former Soviet Union and London, Elizabeth discovered the field of geriatric care management after her own experience managing the health issues of her parents from across the country.

She leads an early-onset support group with the Alzheimer’s Association and a caregiver support group with the Ebell of Los Angeles. She is trained in elder mediation, and volunteered with the Alzheimer’s LA Helpline.

Elizabeth is married, a stepmother to two daughters and devoted to her dog, Hercules, who is training to be a member of the care management team.  She is also an avid road cyclist.

Ben Mack, MSW

Care Manager

Ben brings nearly four years of professional experience in aging and home care services to Malloy Care Management. Prior to working with Elizabeth, Ben held several roles at JFS Care in Los Angeles, including Manager of On Demand Caregiver Support and, most recently, Director of Sales and Marketing. His work gave him extensive exposure to the practical challenges older adults and their families face in arranging care, finding and managing caregivers, and navigating changing needs at home.

Ben came to the field of aging services after more than a decade working in technology and startups. His close relationship with his grandparents, and his hands-on role helping navigate their later years, ultimately led him to pursue a Master of Social Work at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.

Ben is married and has a young son. He plays competitive tennis, has a soft spot for old cars and old dogs, and remains a devoted, if long-suffering, New York Mets fan.
